De-Identification
Before any text reaches the AI, personal data is automatically stripped and replaced with anonymous placeholders. Names, emails, phone numbers, financial details, postcodes, identity numbers, and dates of birth — all removed. The AI never sees who you are or who you're talking about.
Field-Level Encryption
Every conversation message, claim, summary, and uploaded document is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database. Even with direct database access, your data is ciphertext. No one — including us — can read it without the encryption key.
UK Data Residency
All data is stored in AWS eu-west-2 (London) on encrypted volumes with KMS key management. Your database runs in a private network with no public internet access. AI processing happens via AWS Bedrock in the same region — your data never leaves the UK.
